Sealed bids should be sent by registered post to the address “Secretary, Pradeshiya Sabha, Welimada” on or before 10.00 a.m. on 2025.05.09. Alternatively, they can be deposited in the tender box kept at the Pradeshiya Sabha head office and the bids will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on that day.
