Sealed bids are invited from interested parties for this purpose.

Local buyers may submit bids for the lease of the above property for use in business activities.

Bids received before 09.00 AM on 2026.03.10 can be sent by registered post to the Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha, Welimada. If not, sealed bids should be deposited in the bid box kept at the Pradeshiya Sabha Head Office on that day. Bids received after 9:00am on that day will be rejected. The bids will be opened at the Welimada Pradeshiya Sabha Head Office on 2026.03.10 at 9.30 p.m. and bidders or their representatives may attend.
